I appreciate the creativity, and the mission, but man, this mascot is super creepy! But it seems like it is working, and for that, I think it's pretty genius.

Kind of funny, kind of creepy

When you follow this pizza chain on twitter, there's a chance their mascot will "follow" you in person. This is hilariously creepy. Kind of genius. Kind of funny. But mostly creepy, no?

Its=belongs to it (no apostrophe)
It's=it is
I was really hoping I read it wrong, but the apostrophe is definitely there. *Sigh. Come on, Fast Company! I have come to rely on you for at least decent grammar!

Keeping skin cancer away and scaring people away! 2-for-1!!

I'm really not sure what to say about this. I "get" the reasoning behind this, and I applaud them for wanting to keep skin cancer away, but I think this is a little much. I feel like sunblock, when used correctly, works really well!!

That's Totally Creepy!

Personalized mailing? More like CREEPY-ilized mailing!

My sister, Karen, is getting married in a few months, so naturally she's been inundated with bridal ads and mailings. But this one really takes the creepy cake. I can't figure out which is creepier: the little boy's face or the fact that they "personalized" the postcard by adding her name to the creepy boy's sidewalk chalk masterpiece. AHHHH!

And don't get me started on the name of the tux shop. Cutesy names for businesses. Ugh.

Because nothing soothes a baby like dismembered hands/arms, right?!

I'm not really sure what to think about this. I mean, it probably does help soothe the baby somehow, but as a parent, how can you put these on your baby? You are an adult and you can see that you are putting creepy dismembered hands/arms on top of your baby! What's even creepier is that they are sold out! "Handerpants...Underpants For Your Hands!" I mean, the tagline says it all. I just noticed this is an Archie McPhee product, which leads me to believe that it's supposed to be a gag gift. Creepy or Genius? Part 2

Creepy or Genius?

Doritos has a new flavor out called "Tacos at Midnight". I just don't know how I feel about it. I'm totally freaked out, but also totally intrigued. Mostly because I now know that somebody gets paid to name Doritos flavors and is allowed to name them things like "Tacos at Midnight". Amazing.
